How to use
Clean and dry the foot. Cut the moleskin to the shape you need with sharp scissors. Peel off the backing paper. Apply to the skin or inside the shoe and press firmly. Re-apply as needed.
Good to know
If irritation or discomfort occurs, stop using immediately. Not to be used as a bandage on broken skin. Keep out of reach of children.
