How to use
Place the insole into the shoe with the gel side facing down. If needed, trim with sharp scissors using the size guide on the gel side. Cut one size too large first, then trim down. Always wear an insole in both shoes.
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry. Replace every 6 months.
