How to use
Wipe the inside of the shoe clean. Peel the plastic cover from the bottom of the cushion. Position it patterned side up with the pointed end towards the heel, and adjust for comfort under the ball of the foot.
Care
If needed, wash with water and mild soap. Air dry only. Replace every 6 months.
